Fred is also a 2 time World Champion in brisket at San Antonio Rodeo, World Champion in brisket at Memphis In May, World Champion in brisket and pork at the American Royal, won the BBQ World Food Championship, and Smokin' With Smithfield World Championship. Fred has won over 100 Grand and Reserve Grand Championships throughout the USA.
