Shawna Roppolo is the Grillmaster of Sassy Jo Grillers competition team out of Shreveport, LA. Shawna has been recognized as the female cooker of the year 2 years in a row competing in the Steak Cookoff Association. She has finished in the top 10 in 51 of the 96 cookoffs she has competed in. 

Shawna finished 2nd place in the World Points Championship in her 1st year of competing. She has also won 2 of the biggest steak competitions there is, the NBBQA Rhinestone Ribeye Steak Showdown in Fort Worth, Texas, which is a friendly rivalry between low-and-slow and hot-and-fast cooks as well as the PK Grills Ribeye Steak Cookoff!
